The Problem
An architecture firm and an e-commerce operation both needed operational visibility they couldn't get from off-the-shelf tools. Our Approach
We built two command-center-style applications. For the architecture firm: a project management platform with kanban boards, phase-based approval workflows, document management, and client portals. For the e-commerce operation: a custom ERP with real-time inventory tracking, order management, vendor dashboards, and automated reorder triggers.
