The Problem
Two growing special education agencies were drowning in spreadsheets. Provider credentials, session scheduling, parent intake forms, digital signatures, and payroll calculations were spread across dozens of disconnected tools. Missed sessions meant lost revenue; late paperwork meant compliance risk.
Our Approach
We built two purpose-built CRM platforms — one for each agency's unique workflow. Both share a core architecture: provider management with credential tracking and availability, a session-scheduling engine with conflict detection and automated reminders, digital signature capture for session verification, and integrated payroll calculation that feeds directly from verified sessions.
The Result
Both agencies eliminated their spreadsheet chaos. Session no-shows dropped as automated reminders went out. Payroll processing went from a week-long ordeal to a same-day operation. Provider onboarding that used to take two weeks now takes two days.
